Helpful Tips 

  • Bring water to stay hydrated!
  • Bring a sweat towel because you are going to work it!
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move.
  • Wear low tread shoes for lateral movement. This will protect your knees from the twists and turns!
  • Zumba is taught using primarily visual cues, so watch for hand cues!
  • Maintain good posture during class to keep abdominals engaged.
  • Be okay with making mistakes, this isn’t a performance, we are here to have fun and get fit!
  • Don't be afraid to get loud! If you're having a good time, I want you to holler!
