Helpful Tips
- Bring water to stay hydrated!
- Bring a sweat towel because you are going to work it!
- Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move.
- Wear low tread shoes for lateral movement. This will protect your knees from the twists and turns!
- Zumba is taught using primarily visual cues, so watch for hand cues!
- Maintain good posture during class to keep abdominals engaged.
- Be okay with making mistakes, this isn’t a performance, we are here to have fun and get fit!
